These terms apply to your use of minitacoshells.com and to every order you place with Mini Tacos LLC (“Mini Taco Shells,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Call (908) 829-5118 or email [email protected].

Orders and pricing

  • Every case is made by hand after you order, on our next production day, and shipped the same day it is made.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order, even after it is confirmed. If you were charged, we will refund you in full.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an address cannot be verified or we suspect fraud.

Shipping

  • We ship to physical street addresses in the continental United States and Hawaii. Hawaii rates are higher. We do not ship to Alaska or to P.O. boxes.
  • Delivery times are counted in business days, starting the day after your order ships. Weekends and holidays don’t count.
  • If you need your shells by a certain date, enter it at checkout. Checkout will warn you if your shipping choice may not arrive in time. If you’re unsure, call us before you order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events outside our control, or for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Damage, returns and refunds

  • Because our shells are food made fresh for each order, we cannot accept returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos.
  • Once we review your claim, we will offer a reshipment, store credit or refund. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.

High-volume and wholesale orders

For distributor, wholesale or high-volume pricing, email [email protected] or call (908) 829-5118. Any payment terms are offered case by case, at the owner’s discretion, and may be revoked if payment is not received on time.

Use of this site

Please don’t misuse the site. This includes harassing others, impersonating anyone, posting unlawful or offensive content, or trying to interfere with how the site works. We may remove content or block access at our discretion.

Copyright and trademarks

All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics and code, belongs to Mini Tacos LLC or is used with permission. You may print or save pages to place an order or for your own personal use. Any other copying or reuse requires our written permission. “Mini Taco Shells” and our logo are trademarks of Mini Tacos LLC.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event, if an order is delayed by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
