In the unlikely event that you experience any breakage with your order please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product. Any claims after that time period will not be honored.
Shipping
The shipping options on our site start the following business day after you place your order. For example – You choose 2nd day air on Monday the 1st of the month. Your order will be made and shipped out on Tuesday the 2nd and delivered on Thursday. Next day shipping is available but very costly. Please call the office to discuss your options for shipping. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays due to operating conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstance, or packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
