Razor Clam Ceviche


  • 12 oz. large diced razor clams
  • 1 small red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper finely diced
  • 2 seville oranges, large diced flesh and juiced
  • 1 half of a vadalia onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for around one hour
