Ingredients
- 12 oz. large diced razor clams
- 1 small red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper finely diced
- 2 seville oranges, large diced flesh and juiced
- 1 half of a vadalia onion finely diced
- 1 teaspoon toasted coriander
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for around one hour
