Pralines

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of toasted pecans
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3/8 cups butter
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¾ brown sugar
  • 1-teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in large saucepan and cook over medium heat to around 230-240 degrees F. Pour thin layer onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet, allow cooling and crush into small pieces.
