House Cured Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lb salmon fillet, bones removed
  • 4 tablespoons of coarse sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 bunch of chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Cure salmon in refrigerator for 24-36 hours turning every 12 hours
