Black Pepper and Grapefruit Flank Steak


  • 1 large flank steak (20-22 OZ)
  • The juice of one large grapefruit
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butcher ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves smashed
  • ¼ cup olive oil


  1. Marinate flank steak overnight and grill over high heat to desired temp (medium rare preferred)
