10 Hour Pork Butt

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • ¼ coarse black pepper
  • ¼ cup smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning

Directions

  1. Liberally rub 8-12 lb bone-in pork butt (shoulder)
  2. Smoke over hickory, apple, or cherry wood at 275 Degrees F until pork is fork tender
